How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Andrew Olson Great So Far
Works perfectly so far (3 months). I would have given five stars except for the fact it was missing a large bolt and I had to go to the hardware store to get it installed.

That guy Good , but......
The Hot Tub Cover Lift is just right works well with replacing my original lift, and I would recommend this item!
The reason not getting 5 star is you need to do some drilling to make pilot holes (comes with drill bit) for the included screws which was NOT included in the instructions or description for the lift.

BeetsnBears Not as easy as they make it look
It's mostly able to operate and function as intended. However, my model where you have to screw the lever bases into the top of the hot tub, is not as easy to install as the video would have you believe. The arms are adjustable and slide to the length you need, but there are no pre-drilled holes to screw in the \"towel holder\". We don't currently have a way to drill into the metal arm, so need to get a special drill bit. And it's awkwardly placed so you'll be screwing \"up\" from the bottom. Just a weird set up. So as it is now, the arm slides down and pinches your hand when you try opening the cover and lifting it off. It works, but it's awkward and not ideal.

Chabot Installation simple et rapide
Super! Simple à installer, sans être obligé de viser par terre ou dans le spa. Le support se glisse sour le spa.

VEVOR Customer Not bad, just be careful
Working well so far but doesn’t feel super sturdy. Just make sure to be cautious when opening. One person on each side, or open straight on using the handles on your cover, otherwise it seems likely to twist and snap.
