I like this cart, travels smooth and has lots of space for what I need to do. Only wish it was a bit taller.

I purchased this for a local restaurant customer. They are happy with it for bussing tables. Although the assembly seemed easy, it was made difficult because the metal tubes had sharp edges with cut into the plastic and would not go completely in. I sanded the edges to round them and then they installed correctly. I also installed a screw on each joint as a safety measure to keep them from loosening over time.

It was really great until it wasn't. Wheel broke two months after return window. The part that needs replacing isnt available as a part in the website.

A nice cart that folds up easily and when opened up is sturdy. Sadly, they advertise nice 4 inch diameter wheels and the cart only has smaller 3 inch diameter wheels. If I had known this I would have order on a different webite where the cart had bigger wheels. Hopefully Vevor will correct the error.

Broke during assembly. I need the cart asap so I will be using it just using tape to fix it

The tray is really too small and not suitable for transporting tools. Additionally, the wheels are pink, which is not ideal. The handle is also too low — I’m 6 feet tall and have to bend to use it. Raising the handle would greatly improve usability. The foldable system is really great anf easy to use one hand.

Comment dire? Une fois monté, ce chariot est solide et fait très bien le job. Par contre c'est une galère à monter. Pour ça il faut un maillet et un endroit avec un sol en béton pour jouer efficacement du maillet. Et pour finir il faut un cutter pour retirer tous les copeaux de plastique. Donc ce montage n'est pas pour tout le monde, il faut quelques outils, de la force et de la patience. Si vous avez tout ça, ça vaut le coup, sinon passez votre chemin.

Arrived broken. With damage box, first waste expected arrive a week before. We'll finally arrive. Then box it's damage, opening the box and surprise, parts are broken, after waiting for a long time, now what?

I purchased a Vevor slushy machine and experienced serious mechanical issues shortly after use. The machine freezes unevenly, building ice along the sides, which prevents proper slushy consistency. Even worse, one of the containers began spinning slowly and then stopped entirely, making the unit unusable. This is clearly a mechanical failure, not user error. The machine was used exactly as instructed and well within normal operating conditions. What’s most disappointing is Vevor’s customer service. Despite the product being under warranty, customer support refused to provide assistance, repair, or replacement, offering no meaningful resolution. For a commercial-style machine at this price point, I expected reliability and at minimum honored warranty coverage. Unfortunately, neither was delivered. I would not recommend this product to anyone who needs dependable equipment or expects a company to stand behind what they sell.
