Price was very good, arrived fine. While assembling it became evident that the pins used for the fold up/down features are so badly undersized that it make the protective framework very sloppy. As well, the locking slide/safety pin to lock the entry/exit door is also small and sloppy. Too bad, otherwise it would be 5 starts

Will probably do it's job, but the bolts for the castors were too short and did not engage the threads in the riv-nuts - possibly a design change to riv nuts but no consideration given to providing longer bolts. Had to use my own bolts. Hinge pins are massively undersized, and a very poor fit in their sockets. Gate latches are very flimsy and release if the cage flexes.

Firstly, this is a really well made product and all assembly holes lined up perfect. The problem is with the bolts, nuts and washers provided. Most bolts are just too short and there are no spring washers provided that would stop things working loose in future. Sort this problem and you have a fantastic product.

Buenas te pierden , la tornillería, llega tarde el paquete, y además más de darte el producto en mal estado, te quieren hacer una devolución de 20 euros, cuando lo que tenían que hacer es llevarse su cacharro y devolver el dinero, yo he gastado ya más dinero en los problemas que me ha causado.

I have purchased many items from Vevor...supposedly have their premium service level....but can't missing parts replaced. No human interaction available...very disappointed, will not buy again!

Not CE approved. Can't use without CE approvment in Eu countries.

I ordered this ages ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Apparently it is still with the transport company - I called them and they advised it is damaged in transit and they are returning to Vevor. However Vevor have been no help whatsoever with this issue and I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund. Buyer beware!
