My flag busted their ground level in 2. The metal is made very cheaply as you can see in my picture as I sent you. I sent a return last weekend. Have not received anything back yet, but I do not recommend this product to anybody. If it broke on me, it's gonna break on everybody. We did have a little bit of winds nothing bad, the thing is made out of cheap aluminum.

Disappointed! Everything in top of the pole is PLASTIC! And the rope cleat and Flag Clips are PLASTIC! Don't see it lasting very long.

The telescoping part of it sucks. I bought the 25’ foot and can get only about 15’. Be careful not to pull it out too far or it will fall apart and you won’t get it back together.

Nice flag pole unless you are in a windy area. Anything above above 15mph I take mine down. I picture was from a day the wind was blowing about 15-18mpg I bought the 25 ft pole and only raise it to about 15 ft so I dont worry about it getting damaged. For the price it is nice.

Only problem is there isn’t any instruction on how to lock the sleeve on the extender pole. And it does want to stay locked. Keeps sliding down.

The flag pole is much lighter weight than I anticipated. I have to take my flag down when the wind starts to blow much at all. The wind causes the flag pole to bend to much.
