Customer Reviews for VEVOR Fire Pit Spark Screen Round 30", Reinforced Heavy Duty Steel Metal Cover, Outdoor Firepit Lid, Easy-Opening Top Screen Covers Round with Ring Handle for Outdoor Patio Fire Pits Backyard

Tedious to align panels during assemble Did not come with lock washers, used own Measurements are actually 19 inches diameter not 20 Overall good quality

Note this is shown on the website along with the 28" fire pit but it is too small to fit securely over the outer diameter, which seems to be the intent. It is also too large to fit securely on the rim of the 28" pit. The 30" size probably what is needed for the 28" fire pit, but it is out of stock.

This cover is only 19 inches across NOT 20 inches. It barely fit my 20 inch fire pit being it only 19 inches. Made it work but beware dimension is out 1 inch. Other than that it is a great cover thats why I gave it Good stars👌 but rated it low.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Happy 4th of July! Overall the quality appears to be high, HOWEVER, it is advertised as 27" and the one I received is 26". It leaves a rather large gap between the lip of the firepit and the cover. I live in a high wind and fire danger region so, I contacted the company via their online contact form regarding the missing inch, but haven't received a response. I would simply return it for a refund, but it is NOT an easy process since this cover has to be assembled and disassembled. The pix show the discrepancy in the size advertised vs. actual size of my original cover. I personally feel an exchange or discount should be issued as well as a correction in the actual size. Thanks for reading... Looks great: Very nice finish. Fit: NOT 27" but rather is 26". Sturdiness: Seems solid, but only time will tell. Value for money: A bit pricey because an entirely new firepit is a few dollars more, but it is much higher quality than OE. Weight: Heavy duty. Safety: Concerned about the size of the gap around the rim due to the fact that it is an inch smaller than advertised.

Does not fit properly on or over the 27/28" smokeless fire pit unfortunately

The screen was fairly easy to put together and worked well before placing it on our pit to cover a small fire. After our fire burned down the screen warped and no longer slides open easily. I loved the idea of the opening "door" but will likely buy a regular domed screen without the opening capability.

I needed a screen for my firepit that was bigger than 36 inches, this was the only one I could find. The parts did not fit together on half of it. This aaffects opening and closing. I would have returned it but it is the only cheap option.

Product seems to be decent quality. Assembly is not overly difficult, but does go easier with an extra set of hands. That being said, the sizing is very misleading. Bought a 36" screen for my 36" firepit. The entirely of this screen, including the handle fits INSIDE the pit. The dimensions on the site are not clear. Customer service was challenging to engage. Not resolved yet, but buy with caution.

False advertising. After 1 night of rain, the metal was rusting. It's not stainless steel. And it's not rust resistant. Lies. Never buying poor quality crap from vevor again
