How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

The items work great! It’s been about 2-3 years and we’re still using them today. Great product!

Dennis Tough little winch

Just needed a winch to help pull things onto my trailer. I don’t need it much, but it does a great job. I have used it to pull up a couple dead mowers and even a full size truck (used a snatch block to help). For the price I have zero complaints.
