The winch is very competitively priced, great value. I really like the wireless feature that worked extremely well. Winch received was well packaged, complete, good hardware, good instructions, no damage. Installed without issue and worked well for a bit, but then internal gear box failure. I bought a second one from the same seller and it continues to work perfectly to this day under the same conditions so I think the first one was a true dud, but I am very happy with the replacement. Seller was very fast with responses, issued return instructions and label in short order. Seller issued a refund, but it took some time and effort to resolve. I am satisfied with the seller, very happy with the winch.
