you won't find a better mixer for this price. compared to other mixers, this has the same features. I have had no issues with this machine and have owned it for about six months and use it every day.

Work great for moving large appliances around as needed

I've run about 50 pounds of flour through this guy and it's been a pleasure. My old red 8 quart mixer used to get so hot you couldn't touch certain parts, and would groan as it kneaded heavy doughs. This mixer breezes through them with no effort at all, never even warms up, and kneads so much better that the bread is noticeably better. It works well on small batches too, the dough hook shape handles big and small batches equally well. The safety features work perfectly and the ability to set the timer to run for a fixed interval is an added plus.

It should come with instructions on how to use the mixer.
