Over all, I love my new beast BUT - the one thing I still need to work around is this. There is no low, med or high settings. You set the unit according to the attachment (dough hook, paddle, whip) and then she just 'goes'. Poof goes the flour all over. I shouldn't have to cover up the cage to keep everything inside the bowl &^%$#. I need to problem solve this. But otherwise, I love it.

I purchased the VEVOR 15Qt Commercial Food Mixer because I wanted a larger, heavy-duty mixer capable of handling bigger batches of dough, batters, and other baking projects. Having previously worked in baking, I appreciate the importance of having equipment with sufficient capacity and versatility.
The 15-quart stainless steel bowl, multiple mixing attachments, and built-in timer were major selling points for me. I especially like having the flexibility to prepare larger quantities without constantly dividing recipes into smaller batches.
