It works as expected. As others have mentioned, it will trip a 15 or 20 amp breaker if you push too hard. If you let the weight of the saw do the cutting, you'll have no issues. I would buy this saw again.

Blade it comes with was perfect for cutting concrete with wire mesh. Needed to use an outlet wired for 15amps due to higher wattage. Was tripping the breaker on an older lower amp outlet. Great value.

I used this to make a few cuts in my basement slab to access a water line. It was my Forst time cutting concrete and it was easy to get the hang of. Be sure to use proper PPE and seal off your work areas to control the dust.
