Personalmente considero que el producto que compré funcionó para lo que lo tenía que utilizar. Quisiera hacer solo unas observaciones. 1.- no vino completo ya que faltó el dispositivo o seguro que une las herramientas especiales al gancho de la culebra. 2.- no encontré vídeos en redes sociales directo de ustedes sobre el uso del equipo, sería muy bueno tener acceso a eso videos para facilitar la comprensión del uso. 3.- Durante la retracción del cable note que no se enrollaba adecuadamente al tambor, lo que ocasionaba que se acumulara tensión en el cable. Agradezco su atención.

Cable broke in 10 uses. Not happy.

I bought this machine to help with my projects. But it turned out to be a project of its own. After removing it from the box and starting to assemble it, the shaft for the wheels was to short and the OD was too big for the wheels. This machine weighs almost 50lb. I couldn't see myself carrying it everywhere i needed it.

(onvolledigg) bv over de hendel vooruit of achteruit. is er geen geen neutraal? kan je de kabel (veer) vrij uittrekken zonder de motor zoals bij andere toestellen? j'aurais aimé commander d'autres accessoires pour mon déboucheur car j'en ai perdu et abimé, à savoir : - arrow cutter - boring bulb cutter - c-cutter et autres accessoires plus solides si vous avez car qau bout de 2 utiisations ils ont été déformés

Appareil reçu à la date convenue, en parfait état, et après un peu de temps passé à le monter (arrivé avec quelques éléments à assembler soi-même), j'ai mis en route et tout à l'air de fonctionner. Par contre il n' y a qu'un mode d'emploi en anglais, que je n'ai pas entierment compris à cause des termes techniques et de ce fait, je n'ai pas pu le tester dans une conduite bouchée que je comptais traiter dès réception de cet appareil. J'espère trouiver un mode d'emploi en français, mais il est inadmissible quand on vent en France sur un site appelé VEVOR France de ne pas avoir de manuel en français....Tout le monde ne maitrise pas l'anglais, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit d'un appareil technique

Really truly the only thing I don't like about it is that it has a short cord so you always have to bring an extension cord. And also it seems that when it gets to something that it needs to push through it just stops and you need to fiddle with stuff for it to wanna push further. You need to crank that knob down so tight sometimes you need to fiddle with the back-and-forth. It does work, but it could be better but for the price, how can you complain?

Look i need a replacement bladder & its been a week of going back & forth with you, whats the point of paying for warranty, when the phone number is always busy busy, left on hold & then i saw facebook group, getting anything done through warranty is like pulling teeth with vevor. I got my part from EBAY, I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING from VEVOR & will not buy anything from this company again & leave review of nightmare with this COMPANY

La máquina se le salí todo el cable y lo puedo enrollar nuevamente el cilindro salí volando no me fijé que le faltaba un tornillo
