I live in north central Minnesota and it was cold in February. My septic system wasn't draining properly between the house and the holding tank. I had the tank pumped to find out if the driver thought frost was an issue. He said the frost wasn't real deep and that he found roots growing into the tank through small gaps. Things were still draining very slowly from the house so I took a chance and purchased the heavy duty drain cleaning machine. It has 100' of cable, which is almost the same distance between my clean out pipe and the tank. I was almost out of cable with maybe 6 to 8' left when I hit the clog (most likely small roots). I worked at it for about 5 or 10 minutes before finally breaking through and and seeing the liquid completely drain from the house. I bought the heavy duty 3/4" cable model because the last thing I wanted was a cable to break inside the septic pipe! This machine was just under $700, but the bill to hire someone to do the same job would have probably been more. And now I own the machine in the event I have any future issues. I feel it was a good investment and money well spent.

Cable broke on first day. Pulled 2-3 rabbit carcasses out of the 4" drain line and it snapped. Perhaps user error? Which the cable was stronger. Now I need a replacement cable

Used it twice for kitchen sink drains. The cable is very weak, it kinked easily and gets twisted up inside the drum. Wouldn't buy it again.

Never got it and got a 38 refund that's it

I did not have a good experience. I have been charged for this equipement and it has not been delivered!! I sent an email and they told me to contact the delivery company myself! There are many companie locally and it is not my resposibility to know which one Vevor is using! Poor service!

Customer service for issues is horrible.

I used the machine for five minutes and it broke the cable. I’ve used many machines before it never had a three-quarter inch cable snap so easily matter fact I don’t think I’ve ever had a quarter inch cable snap as easy as that did very disappointed and I filed the claim still haven’t heard anything cause I paid extra for the warranty.

wrong handle it would not fit. try moving 188 lbs without a handle. tool to take attachment off did not work. Still waiting for correct handle and tool.

I purchased the VEVOR Drain Cleaning Machine and used it for the very first time today. During the first use, the steel cable snapped completely, which is extremely concerning. I am a professional plumber and fully experienced in operating drain cleaning equipment. This was not misuse, overloading, or improper handling. The cable failed under normal, standard operation. A brand-new machine should never have a cable break on its first job. This points to a serious issue with the cable quality or manufacturing. This failure not only interrupted my work but also created a potential safety hazard. I expected professional-grade reliability, but this product did not meet even the most basic expectation on day one. I would not recommend this machine based on my experience.
