How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Sewerat Good backup
Good power for what is it decent t backup machine under heavy use these units will fall apart but pay for themselves quickly in the field when The right situation arises. Soft clogs in internal lines 33to 4 inch piping depending what cable you run in it

toddv63 well worth it, solid and strong
Works great, and everything works as it should. Saved me a plumber's call already, paying for itself the first time I had to reach about 40 feet to unclog a branch line where two toilet plumbing setups come together.

Fred Very good customer service
The seller sent me one piece of the accessories that cannot be installed on the snake end. But the customer service apartment followed up quickly and solved the problem. I was very satisfied with them.
I will buy more products from them in the future.
