I give big fat ZERO. We haven’t used the ramps they are to big even though you gave us half the money to keep the ramps they do nothing for us. Support was brutal to deal with. I bought this from the states and fought tooth and nail for a week to try and return it and get a full refund. They wore me down got half of my cost back and stuck with 2 ramps to sell on marketplace. I don’t have the time for it. Will not ever order from this place again.

It seems to be very sturdy. It came in a very timely manner I only have one issue with it the black ramp itself slides and leaves a gap at the top and goes all the way to the bottom I have to figure out a way to get it to not slide. I can't seem to get the photo uploaded

Good Concept but poor engineering Concept of the ramp is good but the engineering needs some work

The ramp concept is good and looks like it can hold up to our dogs. The not slip surface and steps need to be secured better than a couple of staples. The walking part of the ramp will shift and slide when our dog uses it. I had to put 3 decent screws into the ramp to secure it from sliding and the step/block to stay in place.

Mike Nice materials but short staples

Good materials made it a three. Within hours of dog use two of the little treads fell off. Our dog actually fell off of the ramp. She's fine though. The staples they use just don't cut it. I had to put 3, #6 x 3/4 flat head stainless screws through each tread and into the ramp. I also had to secure the ramp itself from sliding out of its guide with the same screws.

Came with one of the bars not attached. Ramp does not stay in place keeps slipping leaving a gap at top of ramp for dogs to slip and get caught. Messaged same day I rec'd to return . Hassel had to send pictures of box product and now I have to wait 48 hrs to 72 for them to "get back to me" .. Huh wait for what just issue me the return number and my credit .
