This is another product that I will never recommend to purchase. It never worked from the beginning and they refused to replace it or give me mine money back. I was rob without a gun.

Missing part (locking pin on the bottom of the heater) I wrote them a letter and send picture still didn’t send me the small locking pin, forget the locking pin i would buy from you guys anymore.

Uses so much diesel in one night 2.5 ltrs. Outrageous and the fan uses so much power it drains the battery in one night say 4 hours use.

Received the heater very quickly hooked it up immediately added 12.8 volts added diesel fuel fired it up ran 6 minutes shut down E5 or e6 overheating internal checked ventilation checked intake watched a whole bunch of videos all the settings were correct tried it again on 6 off 20 on 6 off 20 minutes tried tech support after videos no help they put you on standby it's been over a week now they're still trying to figure it out. I bought the extended warranty like a dumbass it's the end of the season here in Wisconsin but I wanted it for fall cuz they sell out so quickly and now I'm hating my decision shame on these people I have bought other stuff from them with no issues you can't even call the talk to him by to move this forward you got to hope that they're translating it into English and maybe they'll get back to you

I had two units in total the first quit working after a month, they reimbursed my for it and I ordered a new one that was throwing code the moment I hooked it up and never worked. Absolutely DO NOT recomend

Haven’t been able to get it running yet. Tried contacting VEVOR with no luck. Shows an over heating error and then shuts off. I wanted to exchange but again no luck getting through to VEVOR.

This was not as easy as it looks in the video! Requires considerable venting which we still haven't been able to figure out in our hoophouse. Price seemed like a bargain, but I can't comment on quality or features because we haven't got it installed and may not be able to. So this is not a review of the functionality of this heater - just saying we don't believe we can use it at all.

I received my Vevor 2 KW diesel heater and installed it in my van. All went well until I powered on the unit. At this point the controller would not light up. After working with "support" I was given a video on things to troubleshoot. After reviewing the video and completing the steps the controller still will not power up. Support required several pictures and then agreed to send a new controller. Support told me it would take 15 days to send a new controller. The process with support as been very slow and I am very unhappy with the whole situation. Support has stated that the will replace or refund the unit should the controller not solve the issue. I am still waiting for the part. If the part works, and after I am able to run the unit, I will update this review. Over the whole purchase has been disappointing at best.

Very dissatisfied! Could not get it to work, contacted service, received a text or email they were unable to make system functional. STILL WAITING ON MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED DUE TO VEVOR INABILITY TO MAKE WORK I will never purchase another Vevor product!
