After receiving it wouldn't fire up after trying to get through with customer service for a week I searched the issue on line. Ordered a glow plug off Amazon no issues sense. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

bought it for my camper build. MAKE SURE you measure for the heater hose connection, the hose doesn't want to stretch. Provides heat, still waiting for all the build oil for burn off. Going to ba a semi-permanent install.
Go to a hardware store and buy better hose clamps

When it arrived, the box was in good shape, but the metal surround on the diesel heater was damaged in several places. We filed a complaint and let whoever know and took lots of pictures but we really haven't gotten a response. We just keep getting emails saying our ticket is going to expire. It's frustrating.

I was really excited about getting this heater to warm my camper, and it does pretty well for a while but what I’m experiencing is every night when I’m sleeping right and cozy it shuts of from either over working the battery or fuel running out and I keep my unit outside so this means getting up going outside and change the battery or adding more fuel and that just isn’t ideal at 2-4 in the morning.

It works but not the way i was expecting it to work. Temperature setting control is basically useless. You can set it to something say 20 to 30 degrees above ambient temp and it never ramps up heat output to get to temperature setpoint. I have to use their gear mode, 1 - 6, which is basically a predetermined output.
The display, it is not an LCD display has very low brightness. You can barely see screen when there is light in the room. There is no adjustment for screen brightness.
