Well my first one quit and I wanted a little bit bigger one anyway got this one hooked it up turned it on it'll talk to you will not light up will not fire up All it'll say is failed start up 10 times

Crap from new , pump runs very erratic and constantly gives E 5 code Ive tried every scenario to be tried to remedy this. No phone help only e-mail. If from big box store I would return it but I'm probably stuck with $110.00 boat anchor.

Not at all impressed. Features are great and price great but ran less that 2 gallons of fuel through it and now its throwing error codes E08. Battling with vevor now for 5 days and to no avail. Unit is less than a month old amd cant even get support or a return or a response back from them. Very frustrating as I've bought many things on vevor and never been dissatisfied. Customer support is a joke. I do believe this unit may have been flawed and just an issue with it as these seem to work well for people but the lack of cooperation from support is very sad.

Package arrived damaged and customer service is a joke. Even bought extended warranty. Wants me to send pics of damaged item. Then send me Package pics then did you troubleshoot the product. If I was a hvac technician I wouldn't need to return would I? Spent alot of money with them this past year but no more.

Had to get a handy friend to help me install this. It is NOT quick, easy, or convenient. I cannot recommend enough that you buy from someone else and do not purchase Vevor heaters. How the hell is this company suggesting to use a wire hanger to install the fuel port in the side of the fuel tank? It has to be pushed through from the inside out and you recommend a hanger?? Why as soon as I touched the bare wires to the recommend 12v battery the fuse broke instantly? Why does vevor not allow for returns/exchanges and why in gods name is this SO DIFFICULT to install and setup?
Whoever designed this needs to be fired for lying on their resume, they are NOT an engineer, they are a CRACKHEAD
