How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Received it fast excellent product used a couple times produces good heat not much of a fuel guzzler the quiet pump upgrade should be on the 8kw ones as I have upgraded the pump to a silent one it's a great product

Warwick Mr
I purchased an item that was not working as required. Firstly a part was supplied to fix the problem but that didn’t solve the problem. VEVOR supplied a replacement product which is now working as expected. You can’t get any better than this. Thanks VEVOR
