This is a very nice diode laser. Currently engraving slate for the first time and left the power low (40) and speed at 6k mm and it looks great. All the details are in the image.

This laser kit works very well for cutting thin wood and engraving all sorts of material. for sure there is a learning curve, like with anything. Ther engraving are very detailed and you will be happy with the quality of the unit

Overall it does a good job. If I was to do it all over again I'd pay the extra money for a stronger laser.

I really enjoy this. I use laserGRBL; it's free and not too difficult to figure out. I am using Adobe paint to modify the images. And low cost wood at dollar tree. The bolt holes for the power box tells you what part is the front. For the side rails put the one with the stop on the left side during assembly. ( For electric controls hookup.

Amazing tool, setup in about two hours (rechecked everything twice) and it’s been a wonderful workhorse for the last 3 months. Very high value for the money, it’s very accurate and dependable. You should get an enclosure for safety and ventilation, and a honeycomb base helps too. Keep in mind reflections can blind you permanently.

great little laser, works great on glass, the roller is awesome. i do wonder but... why is there a HDMI port on the side of the control box?....
