It works.... I think, but it's nearly impossible to figure out if you've never used a laser engraver before. I managed to engrave a test pattern and something on a wooden plaque, but it printed mirrored, so it's unusable. The only way I even figured out how to do that much was to ask ChatGPT for help. Even The AI could tell I was frustrated. There are no real instructions beyond assembling it. I will figure this thing out, but I probably wont have any hair left to pull out by the time I do.

The rotary machine will not turn under it's own power! The rest of the machine works great but the rotary attachment suck balls!!!

Not very easy to operate the computer programs do not give you any direction on how to operate the system. I believe it's not the greatest item to purchase I'm not a computer savvy person and even my daughter had trouble getting it to work did not want to engrave on brass tags then it gave an error code and unable to get the error code to clear. It's been a while since I've been able to do a review but I had bought this laser engraver for my business and I'm very unhappy with it.

After about 20 engravings, the burn quality started suffering. It's now barely visible on the same surfaces it used to work on perfectly. I don't know why this happened but it's not good. Tried cleaning the laser, tried upping the power in the settings, no luck. The first picture is how it stated and the other is all I can get it to do now.

Edward Not worth the money
This machine is only good for engraving. It does not cut as it says in the description unless you want to wait all day making multiple passes and filling the house full of smoke. I suggest another company who honors their word and extended warranty.
