The grill plate warped exceedingly when I seasoned the surface. It was warped from day 1, and it rocked from corner to corner by about 4mm. Other than that it's good to be able to cook burgers, onions, and toast the buns all at the same time

This does not get hot at all, have tried many things to get temp out of this, it boils burgers cause the low temperature, smash burgers good luck… very low temperature like 115 Celsius at the hot plate cooking surface, measured with a heat gun, Just does not get hot. I have come to the conclusion that it’s going into the garbage.

It’s the last time I bought something from you’re company, the griddle doesn’t work and you refuse to refund me, believe me i’m gone write some comments on social média to share what kind of bad service you deserve..
