Very unsatisfied with this flat top riddle. Top warped terribly. Grease does not make into the drip tray it runs onto the ground terrible design

I truly wanted to love this grill, but unfortunately this thing is just over a year old and looks like I had it for years. Rusting out in a few spots, the griddle itself is also rusted. I would clean and season after each use and even kept it covered out of the elements. I am a huge fan of VEVOR products and own a lot of them, was expecting a better product but it’s meh..

So, I was really excited to get this. Followed their instructions and did all the seasoning. Came out great. However when I went to use it for the first time, only using two of the burners the griddle warped terribly. Like over an inch. Still trying to get it flat. Will reach to velour and see what they say.

Grill came broken. I emailed their service department took weeks to get a comment back. Took another couple weeks to get answers back then they offered me like 50 bucks. I don’t want a broken grill it’s supposed to be new. I just wanted to refund my money and send them back the grill. They just offered me more money. I don’t want the grill broken. All I wanted is a refund.
