Customer Reviews for VEVOR Commercial Frozen Drink Maker, 15Lx2 Double Tank Slushy Machine, 120 Cups Stainless Steel Margarita Smoothie Frozen Drink Machine, Slushie Maker for Home Party Restaurants Cafe Bars

Perfect product, works very well. Satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent service and good product quality. Five stars totally deserved.

Great Machine , 2 x 15ltr slushy machine is fantastic , easy to use , very happy

Bought this slushie maker unfortunately it was not working when it arrived. VEVOR requested pictures and a video of the item not working. I sent it in and promptly received a refund. Will definitely purchase again from VEVOR. Great customer service!

This is my second VEVOR slush machine. My first one was the 12L model, which I got for a very low price directly from VEVOR less than a year ago ($400). The've since more than doubled the price on that unit. As a result, when I was looking to get a second unit, this time a double, I ended up getting this model. The dispensing valve is very subpar in quality to the other model I own. It says "Push" on the handles, when pulling works better to release drinks. I ended up ripping off the stickers and having to use paint thinner to get rid of its strong residue. I really hope VEVOR removes this pull sticker on future units of this model, and also improve the handle (this one is very flimsy plastic compared to the other model I own - much harder plastic). I ended up using my label maker to replace the Push stickers with Pull labels.

The machine is heavy so if you need to move it you will need two people. The sugar content needed is pretty specific, but you can easily add simple syrup to help get that content up and get your drink frozen. Most of my events are outside in Texas which makes the freezing process a bit longer.

Light connection is not stable when machine is running it flickers. Tube over freezes. Overall it’s good. Would buy it again.
