Auf unser Anliegen wurde nicht kundenorientiert eingegangen und es wurde keine Lösung angeboten. Ein seriöser Händler sollte Rückgaben und das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht respektieren. So stellt man sich professionellen Service nicht vor. Nicht empfehlenswert.

The rice is moist on the top and burnt on the bottom. There is a problem with the design. Returns are not supported. Not recommended for purchase.

The rice cooker was damaged when it arrived. I contacted vevor however I did not get any response at all. It was a waste of money.
