Recieved a unit that was obviously already returned to the company. Missing parts and unusable. May be the last interaction I have with them.

Pas contente, ni sur le produit, ni sur le SAV. Le petit robinet est cassé et impossible de faire rentrer les barres de fer dans leurs petits pieds oranges. C'est claire que je suis au moins la 4ième personne à qui ils ont essayé de coller ce machin, vu les 3 autres étiquettes sur le colis, et pourtant on me demande d'envoyer des photos.

L' articolo corrisponde perfettamente alla presentazione. Peccato che le istruzioni per il montaggio siano del tutto assenti e non reperibili neanche sul sito.

I came home after it finally rained where I live to the rain barrel collapsed after being full. Of course it was 2-3days after the return window.

Since I bought it, it hadn’t rained much so I haven’t been able to see it Phil and then I saw that the review email prompt came in so I decided to fill it with my hose. Got home from work and it’s empty. This thing leaks not worth anything do not bother. Also, this site is not allowing me to post a picture of it leaking as it’s not the correct format not sure what kind of website doesn’t allow pictures taken with an iPhone.

I bought this and within 2 weeks, one of the poles couldn’t handle the weight of the water and it snapped. I reached out and was told 10-15 business days, it’s been 20. Also the seam where the zipper is,around the top of the barrel, completely ripped off. I asked for a replacement and have been told they already shipped it. I’m now looking for a completely new barrel or a complete refund because this is crazy!!!
