I received this tank damaged and many parts missing. In my opinion, this tank had been returned, as it was partly assembled when I received it. Long story short, the company returned ALL my money and I went ahead and installed tank with homemade parts. The only issue I have is the tape that adheres to the tank to encase the support leg, has become unattached in several places. It appears to be nothing more than duct tape that was never properly “ironed on.” Would I buy again, likely so. In spite of the issues, the customer service was superb.

I have two other Vevor Rain Barrels namely a 100 gallon and 50 gallon. I purchased this rain barrel because it had a gauge on the outside wheras the others only had the amounts where you had to open the zipper and see how much water was in the barrel. I believe this is the newer 2024 model. I found that the plastic material in this newer rain barrel is not the same as the my other Vevor rain barrels. I don't believe the quality is as good as the other two but it remains to be seen on which lasts longer. I have other Vevor products and the quality is very good. I have a total of 6 Rain Barrels three of which are from another vendor. They have a clear see through gauge amount which is much more practical and looks better. Vevor should adapt the same style to their rain barrels.

Was a little disappointed cause two of the legs came missing filed a report and all and only gave me 20 bucks cause legs was missing. Didnt want money just wanted the parts for my product

Fabric is pretty light duty and the legs began pulling away from sides. Perhaps if mounted on a patio stone level and out of direct sunlight. The fittings are not compatible with orher common systems despite thier appearance and the middle outlet was non functional appn opening.

I thought this would be my solution to storing big rain barrels. Unfortunately, both barrels split open from a heavy rain storm. Broke on the zipper and couldn’t be repaired. Both were trashed. Only had a few weeks. Very disappointing.

When we got this product the bottom spigot leaked even after following the instructions to stop a leak. We finally had to use a silicone spray (and lots of it) before we could get it to stop leaking. This lasted just a little over a month with several rainfalls that had completely filled the tank. Now this spigot has completely fallen out.

Barrel seems good but I've encountered 2 problems. Threads are metric so I needed to buy SAE threaded parts to be able to use an American garden hose fitting, causing a leak where the port is. Secondly, where the support rods go into the side of the side of the barrel, in 3 spots the barrel fabric that holds the rods has come away from the main barrel part. I have attached 3 photos.
