Item was packaged well and arrived in good condition . It is heavy , but this is good for repetitive cutting . It is loud , but quick cut times are the benefit . Initial cuts were as advertised , clean accurate and cold . However it does start to throw sparks , and the cuts were hot . Change of cutting method to more pressure after initial touch of the blade has made it better . Trying to use the vise for 45 deg cuts is hopeless and requires additional clamping . DO NOT TRY TO FREEHAND CUT !!! Plenty of power and consistent cuts are easily completed .

Works great. Made a fence out of angle to hold square and round tubing. Can't submit a review without 100 characters.

ChopSaw
I was impressed with the quality of the saw. It throw out a few sparks while cutting but the cut is cold to the touch . The finish on the cut is just like I machined with the mill. For a quarter of the price of a well know brand it cuts just as good if not better. I'm very happy with it. Hopefully it stands up to much more cuts.

It cuts thick 3\" channel pretty well. Go slow
The options of ergononic and maneuverable is silly to say the least. It isn't ergonomic. The handle is in the center of the saw and not in a place a normal chop saw handle is. That said it's not a saw I will use daily so don't care too much. Maneuverable? The saw both Big and HEAVY! It is not what I would consider manueverable. Now, that out the way, the saw does cut! I was pretty nervous cutting thick channel with a blade. I went very slowly and didn't press it hard. Not sure if that's the way to do it or not. It makes A LOT of metal \"dust\" so be prepared. We vaccumed up to avoid having small metal pieces caught in a broom or whatever. The actual cut of the steel is shockingly clean. I'm finishing the buildout of a trailer so needed something other than a grinder. The saw will likely not get much use but is good to have around if you have space.

Works surprisingly well
The saw appears to be well-made and durable and the blade has performed very well so far. I have used this saw to cut some 2\" square 1/4\" thick steel tubing, some 3/4\" galvanized pipe and some 2x10 lumber (photos attached). In all cases the saw made easy work of the job and the cut was very clean with minimal burr (I did use a little WD40 when cutting the square tube). To cut the 2x10 lumber I did need to move the stop to the furthest position and take out the clamping screw. I also cut some bricks by switching to a 14\" diamond blade. The saw has a soft start feature so it will not trip a 15-amp circuit when starting. Only negative about this saw is that the stop when set at 0 degrees doesn't result in a perfectly square cut, it requires some fine tuning to get it exactly square - I am not exactly sure why this happens, but I think it might be due to some clearance between the stop and the bolt around which the stop pivots.

For the price and performance, this chop saw is good enough for a hobbyist or DIYer. It is better and out perform my portable bandsaw. It is more accurate too.

Like butter.
Haven’t used it but a few times, but it cut through steel angle and bar stock like nothing, without a shower of sparks everywhere. So far it’s worked great.

4 stars because it takes a while to "wind up" when the trigger is pressed(probably 2 seconds). Not sure if its a fault of this particular saw but is mildly annoying to wait. Once up to speed works great and seems to have ample power for the mild/medium carbon steel I've used it on so far.
