I'm not sure how many of the other reviewers have used other vacuum sealers. But this is the worst one I have used. Much cheaper versions that suction the air out work a lot better. If it worked any worse it couldn't be called a vacuum sealer at all. It would just be a sealer.

Customer service is a bunch of ignorant whiny. B******, I'd like to come on here. When you leave negative comments and constantly update for their piss service. So f*** y**. U KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ASS... SO EVERY TIME I BUY SOMETHING FROM NOW WHEN YOU GET ONE STAR, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT.

Not real happy with this product at all, seal worked great 1st 4-5 times I used it, not sealing tight at all now-extremely disappointed for the price I paid- GG

Would like to be able to give a review but this vacuum sealer didn't work right from the get go. Would not recommend.

Al recibir la empacadora al vacío y revisarla se evidencia fuga de aceite y nivel del mismo por debajo del mínimo asi como la tapa de llenado vencida. No ha sido probada, se ha limpiado y próximamente se realizarán las respectivas pruebas para evidenciar si el fallo se presenta. Agradezco tengan en cuenta el comentario para futuras reclamaciones. Ya que no me permite cargar las imagenes de prueba, agradezco me sea facilitado un correo para adjuntarlas.

When it worked, it was great. I've had it almost 7 months and sealed the meat from one small and one medium deer. I loved the large chamber and the vacuum port for sealing other container (mainly mason jars). However, After about 3-4 months it would not seal on one side. After months of back and forth with tech support, new seal heater wire, heat cloth, and finally a whole new bar, it still didn't work. Then the control panel started acting up: simply waving a finger an inch away would activate buttons on the touch panel. The only good news is that Vevor says they will refund my purchase price since the item is out of stock. Not sure what to do with the machine now or the $50 of vacuum bags I ordered.
