Customer Reviews for VEVOR Cat Exercise Wheel, Large Cat Treadmill Wheel for Indoor Cats, 52 inch Cat Running Wheel with Detachable Carpet and Cat Teaser for Running/Walking/Training, Suitable for Most Cats

The product is of decent quality, but the carpet was too long for the wheel.

The wheel itself is great, and no problem to put together with 2 people. A screw here or there were angled so the wood is poking out a bit where they went in, but it doesn't affect the functionality. It doesn't seem to produce a lot of noise and the wheels are completely hidden (no risk for curious paws to get hurt). Unfortunately the included cat toy was broken (handle cracked/snapped in half), which is not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The bigger inconvenience is that my cat is not taking to the wheel at all. She doesn't get it. At first she was scared, now she mostly uses it as a chair at snack time. I'm trying to slowly get her to use it but at the rate these baby steps are going I feel like we're years away. Zoomies will continue across the furniture for the foreseeable future I guess.

Hyvä pyörä, Dubai-kissikkini rakastavat sitä! Huonoista puolista melu, + pakkauksessa yksi ruuvi oli vinoinen. Mutta kokonainen hinta/laatu - suhde on hyvä.

I can compare this to the much more expensive One Fast Cat wheel. It's about one third or less of the price, so I didn't expect it to be perfect... but it's still somewhat disappointing. It's a rather clever kit and went together nicely -- and if it were only made of better material I would give it at least 4 stars. But someone made the (imho unfortunate!) decision to make it out of particle board instead of honest plywood. This is kind of the kiss of death, because unprotected particle-board raw edges are not going to stand up to the friction of the roller wheels for very long. And it sheds nasty particle-board moondust onto the floor underneath it. Also, the particle board construction makes it insanely heavy compared to the competition. I would have happily paid an extra $100 or more for real plywood, personally. That said, the kit assembly is tedious but not difficult, the inner carpet strip is very precisely cut to size and fits perfectly (!) and my cats quite like it. But I don't think it will have a long service life. The roller wheels are small diameter and rather hard, whereas OFC uses large-diameter softer-polymer skate wheels. It is noiser than the OFC wheel. One of my cats is a little more timid and he likes the Vevor wheel better because it's a bit slower and more ponderous (doesn't accelerate as fast, so it's smoother). I didn't find the edges all that sharp (a common complaint about cheap knockoff cat exercise wheels) but I sanded them lightly anyway. if this wheel kit were only made of decent plywood it would be pretty exciting -- as it is, it's a shame to see some clever engineering and precision cutting wasted on such inferior material. I figure it will last a year, maybe. They could have done better.j

Hej Hjulet ankom 1.10 i OK stand.

Ordered the black, received the beech color. Lots of chips on the laminate, was able to hide them but still not good enough. Wheel works well, relatively quiet 3/10

Putting it together was an easy enough task once it’s together and you roll it around the whole thing wobbles a lot unfortunately I also recommended one for my Friend little bit smaller size to see if that had anything to do with the issue. I have with mine but it didn’t it’s still wobbles the same as mine does. The actual shape is flawed as it should roll smoothly around, but it doesn’t it wobbles so I’m really not happy with this product .

This wheel is very great quality but you MUST sand down all sides of it or your pet will get sliced open. I sliced my fingers very deep while putting this together. I would 100% get a plastic one if I could do this over. I did sand it all down and it is safe now but still doesn't sit well witrh me that it came that way with razor shape sides.
