How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

My kitten loves this! I wish it had a toy or something to help get her started but love it! Mine is a little loud when she is running which could just be the way I put it together, it’s plastic and was pretty easy to put together

This is a nice wheel, not too noisy and pretty stable. The only thing is that my kitty got her paw pinched in between the wheel and the base. No injuries tho!
