Once I had figured out how to use it I was happy with the results. It works well for small projects.

The press plate would fall off the threaded shaft. The groove did not match the set screws that hold the plate to the shaft. My husband had to machine the correct grooves to get the machine to work. Once that was done, it works perfectly and is a good value for the price.

Per quello che costa fa un ottimo lavoro. Non è all'altezza di una pressa in ghisa, ma per un dilettante va benissimo; è solo un po' leggera.

Can barely puncture through 10 pages at a time and does not cleanly puncture a single plastic binding cover…leaves the excess cut-outs still attached to the plastic sheets.

A great press. On the other hand, the delivery was horrible. The courier didn't rang the bell, left the boxes outside, faked the signature (it is a point in on the digitised image) and the press was seriously damaged during transportation, as one can see on the pictures. I had no time to send it back and wait for a replacement, so I opted to pay locally for a fast repair. Besides that, it had scratches on top of the plate (not made during transportation). I does not affect functionality, but it is unpleasant in a new item.
