Customer Reviews for VEVOR Baby Gate, 749-990 mm Extra Wide, 762 mm High, Dog Gate for Stairs Doorways and House, Easy Step Walk Thru Auto Close Child Gate Pet Security Gate with Pressure Mount Kit & Wall Mount Kit, White

Broken . The screws slide out the door doesn’t latch the bottom doesn’t even reach to latch either then I’m still waiting for a reply for a refund . Never again

La verdad en la foto parecía más resistente pero el cierre es muy malo i los tornillos para regular la distancia se aflojan

The gate arrived with incorrect and broken pieces. I have requested a refund and have not heard back. Most upsetting. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company based on my poor experience.

Ha llegado rota.

Ordered the white gate. They sent the black one. Tried to reach out. They asked for a bunch of pictures of the shipping box which I provided. They then proceeded to mark the ticket as solved with no resolution. Zero responsibility accepted for their error. Buyer beware

If you are not willing to use all the extensions it is a very good product . I needed a door to prevent a dog from the stairs . Because of the width of the stairs it required all the extensions, that makes the door stable but not too much reliable. So if someone slips at the stairs and try to hold from the door I don’t believe that it will remain at the position

Nunca llegué a recibir ni la barrera ni el reembolso

The gate was bent and could not be installed. I'll try for a refund. The box looked ok but I believe it was the wrong size as well.

Initially I was happy with this baby gate but after a week it started to bend out of shape and my 11-month-old baby can just push on it and it falls over. The tighter you do the bolts up the more it bends. Would definitely not recommend this product, the shorter versions would probably be fine, but the long ones are just no good
