I love this. Use it everyday to hang upside down, do some back bends and shoulder stretches. Especially great on days when I am short on time. I also use the handles for trx workouts. My daughter also loves sitting in it and reading (I just lower the hammock so she can get in and out by herself).

I almost cannot live without this product. It works wonders for your hips and spine. There are so many poses and workouts you can do, and also find on YouTube. I tend to do what feels the best and it doesn't even feel like a workout. It's a peaceful place and there are some positions that feel like nirvana on the spine. This yoga trapeze in particular is made of very sturdy parachute-like material. I had one for about four years (purple one in pic) that was a different brand, cost around $80-90 and didn't include the hanging hardware. It recently ripped so I had to invest in another. I was skeptical on this cheaper product, but decided to give it a try. I am so pleased with this. Don't hesitate based on price, this is well made and a steal for the investment for your body.

I bought this to help with stretching while also feeling like I had support. My thought was if I don’t use it my grandkids can use it as a hammock. So far I’m happy with it and using it for what I intended.

Sturdy, made for different sizes, stages of fitness, and is as fun as it is challenging, so many creative ways to use it, especially if you incorporate other tools. I've seen some interesting training videos.
