It’s a great rack for my home lab stuff. Was very easy to assemble and adjust the width to fit my servers. The castors are very nice as well and all 4 are locking casters which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend for the price. My only complaint is mine came damaged with scratches and bent pieces due to poor packaging. I was in a rush to get my stuff set back up so I made due and bent things back to how they should be. Otherwise I’ve had no problems with it.

Assembly takes a while due to odd angles you need to be at to reach the screws. You should heed the warning the guide gives and use 2 people. The reason for 3 stars is because the included hex screws for mounting are WAY too short. The 12mm length is a joke. Buy your own screws and cage nuts!

It's a great quality server rack except for the wheels. They're imploding on themselves not two weeks after assembly with minimal equipment installed. Only get this rack if you plan on tossing it on the ground. Otherwise it's simple but tedious to build, overall worth it but I really wanted it to be mobile. Can't give more than three stars, that's a major fail.

This rack would be fine for extreme light use. I put a 2U server, 2U JBOD, 1U switch, and a 2U UPS. With all of that installed with the heaviest on bottom I came to finish installation the next morning to find the rack and evening tipped over (luckily there was no power yet and no equipment was seriously damaged). Upon inspection I noticed that the tiny wheels had bent the screw in point, contorted the frame and forced me to take off said wheels. This frame would be ok for mounting things in a home setting but I could never recommend this for more than that.

So I purchased to house my two servers. It says it’s expandable to fit up to 40” and it does. But it provides no support for a 30” server. Of course I can probably make something or buy sliders. But why wouldn’t they provide all the necessary needs to support a larger server but within the racks specs. See attached picture the product itself is fine and will still recommend for standard use.

On the whole its fine for the price however the wheel mounts are just a nut with 2 tack welds holding them onto the rail from above. 2 broke off wheeling it into position with less than 30kg of equipment in it. Ended up taking them off and sticking other stick on feet on. Whatever weight rating they claim will not be with the casters attached

The wrench didn't fit the bolts, the shelves felt super flimsy and floppy, in the corners there are these things you are supposed to attach to support it but they make half of the screw holes unreachable, none of the holes come tapped, the directions made no sense, because the wrench wouldn't fit the bolt i couldn't even get the wheels on, overall just a terrible assembly process with a subpar end result, I am completely disappointed.

I received the item on time and was eager to assemble it. That’s when figured nuts and bolts are missing. Without washing any time I tried to contact support and surprised to know that there is no phone support and then created a ticket and ticket support response needs 48 hours and every time I was asked to send pictures of the product and package. I did all still no resolution.. the vevor support process is not up to the mark .. I am thinking of returning it and get the refund..

The unit looked great and economical on the website, however, the screw holes did not align. And the screws don't fit the existing holes where they DO align. The entire thing is a terrible paper weight now. And - because they required a video submission in mp4 format, I couldn't get the refund request submitted in time so now I am waiting to see if they will even let me return it or get a refund. It's total JUNK.
