Worked well
Got this for our work softball team to practice with. The net and material parts are well made, and it was easy to set up. A little problematic in areas of high wind, but other than that, it worked great and we brought it to games to practice and warm up

Great for those beginning pitchers!
This is easy to assemble and great for when your kid starts doing kid pitch! But really, this is good for ALL ages. This also saves Dad's knees and you can stand by the side to observe the technique and obviously, whichever of the 9 pockets the ball lands, whether intention or not gives you direct feedback. This is great to have around for any form of pitching practice.

My kids are loving this! Got it for a game!
So I know this is for baseball, and I might eventually give this to my friend who's sons play baseball, but this is honestly just a fun thing to have around for parties/etc. People play cornhole, but this makes it interesting. We set it up in our living room and our kids kept making all sorts of games (even a variation of tik tack toe). What's cool is that the materials are high quality. They don't feel cheap. They connect well and fit well. And it even came along with a zipper duffel bag that holds it all. It's starting to warm up here, so we'll be going to the park more. We'll try it out with friends at picnics. Feeling excited!

Easy to setup and use for pitching practice in the yard
The set is easy to setup and install for practice pitching in the yard. Can be used for baseball or softball practice. I'm impressed with how well it stands up and stays up while being hit by pitches repeatedly because I don't have it staked down at all! I like that too because you can simply move it out of the way when you're cutting the grass and don't need to un-stake it to move. Makes it quite convenient.

Great for practicing your pitching accuracy
I have a nephew who started playing baseball this school year and he loved this. He’s a backup pitcher and also first baseman since he just got on the team and so this is a great way to train his throwing precision and accuracy. He spends at least 30-45 minutes everyday throwing the ball at the target net to practice his pitch. It’s a great training tool that’s easy to setup and put away and it seems to hold up well as long as you don’t hit the bottom corners directly. Overall this is a great training tool that I would recommend for any pitcher to train their accuracy and precision.

A great tool for any age pitcher.
I have tried a few of these tools over the years. This one is similar to most backstop tools that are offered, but it differs in that it demands precision from the thrower. It's tough to communicate that sometimes, and this provides a great aid for coach, catcher and pitcher. With the numbering, a young pitcher can begin to understand what his catcher or coach is asking for. Now, you can flash a sign for 1through 9, and your pitcher knows exactly where he needs to shoot for. The package is complete, and I am impressed with that. It is sturdy enough to last a few seasons, so in the end you can get your money's worth out of it if you use it correctly.

pitching target is a HUGE benefit.
This took all of maybe 10 minutes to assemble. The netting feels very durable and of high quality so I do expect this will hold up well. My son does not have much confidence to be a pitcher, so I am hoping with some practice in our backyard, he could at least be a valuable back-up for his team this year. We even have the perfect spot for this in the yard with a pitching mound. After using this for a few days, I will say that my son IS a hidden gem on the team. He has absolutely improved tremendously and as a result his confidence is heightened as well. Literally, a game changer! Just make sure they are practicing at the correct mound to plate distance for their age.

Great baseball net!
This is my first baseball target net so I have nothing compared to, but quality is great! Sets up super quick and I didn't even need to pin down the net on a grass surface (I don't throw that hard and I only used 12 baseballs). Everything fit easily in the storage bag.

You must have this, stop reading reviews and just add it to your cart.
The good: Super easy to assemble, goes together quickly. I added a hammer to the bag for hammering the pegs down when at the park. Have used for pitching practice and playing some ball at the park without a catcher, no question if it was a strike :P Balls go in the pockets, easy to reset (pull the balls out) and go again. The great: Any time you have something like this that is designed to travel, the problem is always the bag. Specifically getting the items back in the bag. I understand manufacturing and the need to keep cost down, but it drives me crazy when the manufacture could have used a tiny bit more material on the bag and your life would be better. Well, that’s what they did here, the carry bag is hassle free and has plenty of room to pack up and go without fiddling about. The intended purpose of this device is to improve your pitching, without question this does the job by providing instant feedback of where your pitches are going. Think of it like target practice, you can definitely work on your control.

Home Use and Team Use!!
My son loves it. He is using it a lot to improve his command. He spends about an hour a day using it. One day he will work on hitting the outside corner. The next day he will work on hitting the inside corner. It is improving his pitching ability for sure. As a baseball coach this is a great addition for my starting pitchers it gives them focus and a great target to practice when they don't have a catcher to practice with. Awesome product it has 9 squares to allow them to practice inside balls and strike zone. It has helped when teaching our steps to have a focus target for the pitchers. Very sturdy frame and net. Holds many balls we go thru a 50-ball bucket with our team easily. Also provides great instant feedback on pitches. Easy to assemble. Ease of use. Great buy!!
