After two uses, signs of rust have started to appear. No scratches, just started to rust. Poor quality material.

The chafing dish set arrived missing parts, making it unusable straight out of the box. I purchased this for an event and had no time to source replacements. The listing photos are also misleading. The product does NOT fold down as shown. I specifically chose this set because it appeared foldable and compact for storage and transport. In reality, it is bulky, awkward, and nothing like what is advertised. The quality is terrible - thin, flimsy metal, pieces don’t line up, unstable legs, and definitely not professional catering equipment. For the price, this is honestly laughable. I contacted VEVOR for a refund due to the missing parts and misleading product images, and instead of doing the right thing, they have only offered a partial refund for a product that is clearly not fit for purpose. This is unacceptable under Australian Consumer Law. Between the poor product quality, false advertising, and refusal to provide a proper refund, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Do yourself a favour and avoid this product — and VEVOR — entirely.
