this thing would be lucky to survive a decent storm being very cheaply made , and the weather cloud site is the worst site to deal with , it's almost useless , won't buy again

It does not keep time properly. I tried using internet technology me and it is completely wrong. I also tried manual time setting and it loses time over a 24 hr period. Other than that it seems to be alright

I bought these as gifts and one for myself. The one that I installed in my house works great. Both of the ones I chose to give away broke. They failed in the same manner, the screen touch buttons failed and they displayed weird characters on the screen. When I tried to return the first broken one I was given the runaround and then finally I was told that I had waited too long to return it. For the second one they were giving me the same runaround we exchanged over 30 emails, finally I disputed the charge. Very shady company with very shady return policy

piece of junk . have reprogramed multiple times changed batteries still only reads indoor temperatureand wind speed only!

I was so excited to get this weather station put up, but over a month later I still have not received it. Customer service has also been somewhat poor in regards to this particular order.

I wouldn't know how this product performs as I never received it. Shipped to the wrong address. No update from Vevor or Couriers Please until I chased up. At which point they knew they had delivered to the wrong place but instead of redelivering, they returned to sender!!!

Terrible. Lead to believe this came with an app to look at data . Not the case

All up it is a piece of shit, bought this model for its connectivity. But with poor instructions, fuck all support and inability to connect I would not waste your money on purchasing this model. As a standalone to its dedicated interface, it appears to work well.

The unit was OK at first. Had terrible problems getting it online via wi-fi, other set up quick and easy, did get the wind direction fin replaced few months back by Vevor, when it broke in a average wind storm. The new fin works great no issues. Went though few 30 to 40 mph wind. The problem happened few days back when the outside temperature got stuck on 42.9 degrees when it's 32 to 38 outside, the other function works, but the outside temperature and humidity flashes and is not correct. I tried to contact Vevor but the request form won't accept any of the photos they require to file the request. I used the camera function on the Vevor app with the same results. I'm not happy that the unit literally broke at the year mark. This is great place for green house plastics and other hardware stuff, but probably be shopping at another place for electrical and mechanical product. The last weather station I bough lasted 4 years, and the cost wasn't much different.
