This weather station worked for a few months then stopped transmitting. Tried several times to re-pair the sending unit with the indoor display and nothing works. Tried several times to contact customer service but the app shuts down every time.

Don't waste your money, very difficult, and have yet to be able to get this to work, their instructions are insufficient, and it led to installing ClickBait on my phone, that cost me 35.00 dollars, now I have to clean that mess up , I TRIED to return this, and vevor has been no help, I have spent thousands of dollars with VEVOR, and they drop the ball on this one.

Het opbouwe en aanmelden op binnenstation gingheel snel. Honderdenkeer kontakt gehad met Vevor, dat aanmelden jij weatherunderground niet lukte. Tig berichten gehad maat r GEEN ANTWOORD.

Station météo vraiment pas fiable ! Après un premier échange de la station suite à un dysfonctionnement de celle-ci, j'utilise depuis plusieurs semaines la station, les données sont fiables ça va, mais l'unité intérieur bug sans arrêt ! Elle se coupe et redémarre intempestivement régulièrement sans raison, au redémarrage la mesure de la pression atmosphérique et à recalibrer à chaque fois, ainsi que la température intérieur, sans compter la vitesse du vent qui passe à 180 kms/h. Je suis vraiment déçu par cette station, 2 stations différentes et problème identique.

I have spent hours trying to connect this device to either weather cloud or wunderground. So complex, going around in circles. Device not listed to link . I would strongly recommend that if you are not a quailfied IT person avoid the wifi unit. Support non existent , requesting videos and photos of the issue rather than actually tyring to assist they just ask for more infomation. Maybe someone could just give you a call??

Vevor routinely offers support but doesn't actually do anything. This had connectivity issues from the start. Them a light storm destroyed the spinners and it is now useless

I cannot get this unit to connect from unit to unit only half of the left screen works. I’ve tried to pair this unit. Many many times start over and will not work. Unfortunately, all the boxes are gone.

We bought this and waited a a number of days for it to arrive. We assembled it, and was disappointed that we couldn't use all the features because it only works with a 2.4 ghz wifi connection, and will not work with our 5 ghz. The wind speed indicator froze up when the temperature outside went below 32 degrees. The temperature seems to work, as does the rain gauge, and that's about it. For the price we paid, it should function properly. Can't believe it's so outdated it won't pick up 5 ghz internet speed. There features would have been great had it had as many features working as it claimed to have had.
