How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Jessica watt Bent pieces
The instructions were very easy to follow. Every piece (larger ones) were bent out of shape. Had to use a hammer to bend back some of the corners so they would join properly.

J Wood Works okay.. given an incorrect part
I was given two E's when I was MEANT to get an E and an F but instead I was given an extra E labeled as an f and unfortunately it is too short for the top piece of the cage making it so I cannot screw it in to the side so I had to zip tie it. (Better explanation on one of the photos.)
