Everything is decent quality for the price and would definitely purchase again.

This is a good heavy duty cover with thick padding under the outer material. The fasting straps are a good length and this thing looks like it will hold up for a long time. My only complaint is the graphics on the back. The graphics and advertising from the company on the back are obnoxious. You can see them in the pictures online. But once you receive the item, you will see how big it is. I typically would leave this on my truck between uses. But with this obnoxious graphic on it. I would probably have to take it off. It might not bother others, but to me it is not good. I am considering returning it.

Love this for moving bikes - keeps them well-secured for the whole ride, and much cheaper than a hitch-mount. Like many bike racks this is not secure - can be easily taken off without unlocking the vehicle. Sort of assumed with this sort of thing though. Only major issue is it's a little bit of a pain to attach - have to feed/fish the straps around the tailgate, opening and closing it a little each time.

I keep it on my tailgate all the time. It held the bike really well. I didn’t have any problems getting the straps up through the bottom of the tail gate.

Got this tailgate pad for my new Tacoma to protect the gate from bikes, lumber transport, and lots of other items. It's very soft on the tailgate portion, and shouldn't scratch the paint at all. It's also pretty easy to install, but taking it off can be a slight pain. Overall, this is a decent pad for the price, and if you're not looking to buy name-brand, it can save you quite a bit of money for what's essentially the same thing as the big boys.

I’ve seen other people use this type of rack and wanted to give it a try. I have a Dodge Ram 1500 and this pad fits it perfectly. I do like the access patch – makes it easy to unlatch the tail gate. I did have some difficulty during setup, I found it hard to feed the straps under the tailgate – its definitely better to have another person help with this during setup. The pad is durable and definitely protects the finish on my truck and the Velcro straps do keep the bikes in place. One thing to note, the pad does not offer any security mechanism. Fortunately, though, my truck has built in eye-bolts that I loop a chain through to secure my bikes.

Fits my 2015 Tacoma double cab short bed perfect. Not the best looking as mine didn’t have the Vero logo but I kind of like the all black. I couldnt see spending $60 more dollars on the same thing just for a fox logo.Also it has the pockets to put wet or muddy gloves and pads for the drive home.
