Seems to work well for what I bought it for. Unfortunately, it had weld slag in some holes that I had to remove before using.

Heavy steel fabricated. Most breaks are aluminum I have used in the past. The wing nuts locking mechanism is a little awkward to use, again not what I am used to. It only bends to 60 degrees, so you cannot "hem" with it. It served its purpose.
