How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Address was incorrect, the address mistakenly provided was NOT EXISTANT in my city but still, they claim it was delivered. VEVOR is not helping at all in resolving in this matter even though it’s them who chose the shipping company. UPS sent me a picture of a house I don’t know and bit showing any adress (if course cause the adress is not existing).
