I’ve been using this trimmer for about a month, and overall it performs well for standard trimming tasks. The engine starts reliably, and it has enough power to handle thick grass and weeds without issue. However, I’ve noticed a consistent problem when edging. My usual method is to invert the trimmer to achieve a clean edge along sidewalks and driveways. Unfortunately, this model shuts off whenever it’s flipped upside down, requiring frequent restarts. This makes edging frustrating and inefficient. Given this limitation, it would be highly beneficial if the system included — or at least offered — a compatible edger attachment. That would solve the problem and make the tool far more versatile for homeowners who want both trimming and edging capabilities in one setup. Bottom line: A strong performer for trimming, but not ideal for edging without a proper attachment.

I thought it was a little complicated to assemble out of the box, and the instructions are not very clear with all the various parts that are required for each element. To switch from tool to tool attachment, is not a quick snap-in, but rather requires some time and thought for assembly (ex: switch from edger to chainsaw, or hedge trimmer). It does not start as easy and quick as I had hoped, and there are times when I just give up after a dozen pulls of the rope without a turnover, especially when it's already hot outside. It's a bit heavy, and the weight load is disproportionate so you really have to use upper body strength if not using the "chest harness strap" they include. The quick connector they give to detach from the harness is useless after disconnected because you will never figure out how to reattach it. I was really hoping it would start up easier from a cold start, and for it to allow switch from tools to be more seamless than it is.

Purchased this item some time back. Am taking my time to make sure I get each attachment correct. Since I have a chain saw, the one in the unit has a lower value to me. All the other addons work less the hub with the "plastic" wire. I fooled around with the part and had the wire return inside the hub. I have spent several days and nights using common sense to open the spool. I have pushed very hard on the two "push points" and can't get the hub to open. I do not want to damage the spool, but I need to understand the procedure to open the hub. When my son comes up for a visit in a few days, we will work on the unit together. Right now I cannot give you a high rating. Once opened and working I can give the item, a proper rating.

My honest opinion on this machine the engine it self is pretty much solid the only problem which I don’t like it .its made of cheap plastic on choke/start switch they could done better or at least used a better material on the attachment. Assembly time took me about 1.5 hours to put them together.

I bought this for a Christmas present, and was informed by the recipient that the chain for the saw was so dull that he can't cut anything with it until it is sharpened. The products appear to be of good quality and shipping was fast.

Excellent tools but again no delivery. Order by purolater never came. They leave a card at front door of apartment. They do not buzz because buzzer is our phone which would ring and say missed front door. Which NEVER hapens. And to think i take the day off work every time to recieve my parcel. 0 deliveries out of 4 purolater on time as i had to wait another week as i refused to pick up myself. No more wasting my time for a tool . get it right vevor. Purolater does not buzz apartments unless forced to

The hedge trimmer broke after 10 hours of use. I doesn’t seems to be reliable. Îm waiting for a replacement part. Till Now I didn’t use the other parts. 43 cc motor work well but it’s too loud. Better to buy the 38 cc or less.

The tool is powerful and feels solid, however, the ergonomics when using the spool trimmer is terrible. Youre dominant hand is held behind you for throtle control, and the other reaches out in front. The belt is not good and you end up holding the tools weight as well. The design should look towards other where both hands are in front and paralell.
