Too bulky not practical.

Unit failed on the 4th used! Main bracket from the hitch broke on the highway. My wife heard the 'snap' of the metal and hit the brakes, before any damage to the $5000 worth the e bikes. When we looked at the failure, the tube metal is very thin. We will get a new base unit done with stronger and thicker tube steel. If your bikes come close to 150 lbs this unit may fail. I tried to upload pictures twice now and I'm not allowed when trying. We bought the 160 lbs unit. I was very disappointed and surprised as Vevor usually has better products. This unit is just around a year old.

Assembly instructions are lacking. Still haven't used the unit because the holes don't line up to install one of the pin.

I HIGHLY DO NO RECOMMEND. THIS PIECE OF CRAP DESTROYED A $1500 E-BIKE. I had a single e-bike (79 lbs 3oz - I weighed it after the demise) on this rack and when traveling after only having it for a month and never using it prior the frame bent and caused for the e-bike to come off the hitch. Luckily the straps that came with the hitch prevented me from leaving the e-bike on the road without notice. Save yourself the headache and pain. Even a free replacement or alternative bike hitch doesn't replace the e-bike this POS could hold.

I purchased this bike rack and will now have to sell it at a loss. The overall build quality is very poor. The metal is extremely thin, and the rack shakes so much while driving that it honestly feels unsafe. I own a $3,500 electric bike and my husband owns a lightweight bike of similar value. We simply cannot risk losing our bikes on the road because of a poorly built rack. I am not exaggerating when I say that the amount of movement and wobbling is genuinely alarming. To make matters worse, the constant movement caused the rack to rub against my bike and scratch the paint. My advice: DO NOT BUY this product. You may end up regretting it and having to purchase another rack from a different manufacturer, which is exactly what I now have to do. I have also experienced serious issues with another VEVOR product. It arrived missing an essential component required for its operation, and customer service has refused to provide a proper solution. Instead of addressing the actual problem, they repeatedly sent irrelevant responses and appeared unwilling to understand the issue. For example, they suggested referring to the instruction manual when I was clearly explaining that a critical part was physically missing from the product. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales customer support.
