Fits my fat tire e-bike but gouged the pain off the frame the first time I used it because the plastic covering the latch that attaches to the frame split. Had to apply a thick rubber onto my bike where it now rubs.

The first time I used this bike rack, the little rubber protectors came off and the unit scratched my brand new bike and rubbed the information tag off of my e-bike ( pertinent battery info) and scratched my husbands bike as well. would not recommend for this reason.

Fonctionne bien, ça fait le travail pour le prix. Les tige de retenu trop petit et faible donc ça plie. Ruber de protection cassé sur le champ donc aucune protection pour le frame du vélo donc ça geafigne. Je ne recommanderait pas à personne mais pour le prix la qualité va avec.

This rack compares well to other $500-600 ones that are similar. It is an excellent, however relatively light weight rack and performs well with my mountain bikes, even on the highway. I would give it four stars except for the fact that it came with an undeniable defect... 2 of the outer main linch pin clearance holes (in the tip up hinge function tubes) were not drilled out to the diameter of the pin. I had to use a uni-bit to bore them out myself to finish installing. A less resourceful person would not have been able to use the rack out of the box😕

L'article n'est pas facile à monter, s'il aurait été assemblé directement dans la boîte avant la livraison, cela aurait été un très gros plus.

I received this on May 4/25. Already it is showing rust spots and there is a defect in the bike rack itself, or perhaps it’s a faulty part, that is lifted and rusting. Makes me nervous about trusting my bike on this rack-which otherwise I was happy with. If the seller could reach out to me I would appreciate it

As others have mentioned, the pilot holes for the receiver didn't fit without boring them out with a drill first. Aside from that, product was as advertised and seems to work well enough for the money.

Item arrived in a broken opened box sealed with packing tape over the holes. Miraculously nothing was missing.

hook brackets are too light and one bent and the bike dislodged. Protective sleeves on the hook brackets suck. One of our bikes was damaged when the retaining hook bent and the sleeve came off in transit.

Upon original use buke rack was doing great. One day it snapped and drug my e-bike down the road behind my truck. Was not happy at all with racks performance. Customer support ended up sending me a new rack. Seems to be working fine now.
