Well… 1. The pump arrived without the drain plug. After 5 days, the warranty claim has still not been resolved. In the end, I had to make the plug myself. 2. After only 2 days of operation, the pump started making a squealing noise, which appears to be coming from the motor bearings. Yes, the pump is quiet, but I expected it to last longer than a week before developing problems. In addition, the communication regarding this issue has been very slow and has taken much longer than expected. La bomba tiene muy buen aspecto, pero al enchufarla, seguramente por mi culpa, hizo un "CHACCC" y eso es todo. Muy disgustado con el servicio técnico, le he realizada en reiteradas ocasiones unas consultas y aún estoy esperando su contestación.

Era bueno que las piezas del la bomba fueran de acero inoxidable pues los químicos de la piscina los corroe.

I didnt get this pump got a 1hp pump with a shattered capacitor, only just found out as i had it fitted yesterday , ive been screwed by Vevor , TAKE HEED FELLOW BYERS. and it was 220v

Aún no la he probado, pues se ha recibido hoy 7 de noviembre 2025, después de esperar más de 10 días, desde su envío. La caja 📦 de envío ha venido precintada, posiblemente la han roto en el transporte, pues ha viajado por muchos domicilios, según el repartidor, ya que no encontraban el destino, cuando el remitente lo había puesto bien. Transporte no es de interés

Product is of excellent quality and price. Delivery was a disaster! I am hesitant to order again from VEVOR due to the delivery issues. The aggravation eliminates the good price. The courier was DHL, supposedly a reputable company. Didn't even try to deliver to the requested address, did not phone the recipient, and, after repeated delivery schedules, merely dumped the goods at an agent, a good few kilometres away. Not the way to do repeated businesses.

Site catastrophique ,service client totalement absent ,au bout de 17jours on me dit que je peux être remboursé si je veux je n’ai jamais eu aucune explication et heureusement que l’on m’a prêter une pompe sinon j’aurais eu l’eau à changer avec 40 degrés chez nous VEVOR c’est finis et oublié pour moi !!!
