For the price it's worth it.

Fast shipping and decent price. Fit was a little lacking though. The bolt holes didn't quite line up and screws went in on an angle so that wasn't ideal. Still a sturdy rack though.

Not enough screws
12 U
Major complaint is the lack of supplied hardware to actually install anything.
They only provide enough hardware for 4 devices or 2 devices if you use both shelves.
Over half the unit is useless without the correct hardware.
Hardware is cheap to include with the item and they chose not to.
Now I have to delay the project more to give someone else money for their mistake.

Lack of mounting screws
12 U
Rack seems sturdy. I went for the 12u rack for all the space but am disappointed to find only 8 sets of nuts and bolts. Meaning you can only shelve 4 1u objects. Currently I have my UniFi Firewall, PDU, Switch and with a shelf under it mounted up and have no nuts and bolts left to mount my 2 2u servers with? I have a long server going on the bottum and a smaller one I was going to use the second shelf to hold up but cant even put a single server up with basic network and power equipment mounted.

Sturdy Rack, But "Adjustable Depth" Is Misleading - Use Power Tools
12 U
This is a solid rack overall, but there's a significant issue with the advertised "adjustable depth" feature that potential buyers should know about. The Depth Problem: Despite being advertised as having 23-40" adjustable depth, you can't actually use the full range if you want to install the top plate. The top plate is a fixed size, so if you extend the rack to be deeper, the top plate won't fit. This is a major design flaw and feels misleading. Open Frame Design: The open frame makes it very accessible for working on your equipment, which is a nice feature. Mounting Options: I didn't wall mount it, but it comes with wall mount anchor bolts that look like they would easily hold whatever you could fit in this rack. Assembly: It comes with all the necessary hardware, including an allen key and wrench for the wheels or wall bolts. However, it doesn't include a Phillips head screwdriver for the majority of the bolts. Important Assembly Tip: You'll want to use an impact driver/wrench to install the bolts. I tried doing it by hand and stripped a couple of screws - and I'm a mechanic who works on cars regularly. These bolts are tight and need power tools for proper installation. Quality Control Issues: My unit arrived with some scratches on the metal, and one of the corner brackets was missing a hole. Customer Service: I reached out to customer service about the defective bracket, and they were responsive and sent me a replacement part, which I appreciate. Overall: If you don't need to adjust the depth much or don't plan to use the top plate, this rack will work fine. Just make sure you have an impact driver handy for assembly. The sturdy construction and decent customer service keep this from being a total disappointment. Pros: Sturdy construction Open frame design for easy access Good wall mount hardware included Responsive customer service Comes with most assembly tools Cons: Misleading "adjustable depth" - top plate won't fit at deeper settings Need impact driver for

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Molto pratico, però non ha una struttura pensata per passare i cavi.

Decent but not great.... you get what you pay for.

A few parts were dented or bent. I was still able to assemble the unit. The top cover is also too small, and can only be mounted properly from the back of the unit. I had to turn the rack around so that the covered portion as at the front, and the open section at the back.

It works

It’s a great rack for my home lab stuff. Was very easy to assemble and adjust the width to fit my servers. The castors are very nice as well and all 4 are locking casters which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend for the price. My only complaint is mine came damaged with scratches and bent pieces due to poor packaging.
I was in a rush to get my stuff set back up so I made due and bent things back to how they should be. Otherwise I’ve had no problems with it.

Buy Your Own Rack Screws and Cage Nuts!!!
12 U
Assembly takes a while due to odd angles you need to be at to reach the screws. You should heed the warning the guide gives and use 2 people. The reason for 3 stars is because the included hex screws for mounting are WAY too short. The 12mm length is a joke. Buy your own screws and cage nuts!
