Customer Reviews for VEVOR Propane Melting Furnace Kit, 12KG Large Capacity Foundry Home Kilns,Stainless Steel Smelter, Blacksmithing Forge with Crucible an Tongs Kiln, For Metal Scrap Recycle, Gold Copper Silver Casting

Works great for smelting copper.

This is perfect for a beginner to start melting stuff down and learning how to make sterling into pure .999 silver! Easy to use and set up, takes no time at all!

Sorry for the late review I did receive as show. The only thing I found that needs to be improved is the tongs . The are not for lifting out the crucible or for pouring . They are good for using on the graphite molds to remove the molten metal after it has cooled . Also on other reviews on YouTube I seen you included refractory cement .as a person who is just getting started in this hobby you might want to include it again but with more detailed information as to how much to mix the 10 part to 3 parts is fine but for dummies actual Oz would be better as far st the cement mixture goes . I have include a short video of the furnace and will updated it after the first real burn and melt .I guess we can't download video no mater good product at all reasonable price

great furnace

Good lord melted some metal my shed and my 74 HQ

It's my second forge of this kind I bought. First one was really smaller. I tested this one and I appreciate it very much! Size is amazing. I made a youtube review https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLPqaH0lo9Q. CON: When crucible is full of metal, you will need a other tong for pooring. Weight seem too big to support poor with the included tong. I think crucible will crack and detach if all weight is at the same corner when pooring.

Great product for beginners, very easy to setup and use. Large crucible is nice. The tongs leave a little to be desired but over all happy with purchase
