Built good but the tines are not bent all the same so will not rake constantly

Well, it was delivered and left in pieces on my porch. But that's not the companies fault. Once I started to assemble it, it was pretty straight forward until the last few steps, as the directions are not very clear for the height adjustment lever. I had to watch a video and then screen shot the area I needed. Took me about an hour. The hitch pins are horrible, so I switched them out. The adjustment arm has a small machine screw to help you turn to lower or raise the forks. It came lose after my first use.[ I find it hard to believe the manufacture couldn't come up with something better than that.] . Now, as far as what's it's intended to do, that is debatable as it will only lift a few inches off the ground so you can't just rake sticks and debris and lift it up and drive away, you have to get off your machine and physically remove them by hand.. [ the adjustment bar needs to be either longer or move the wheel assembly up to help with the raise without having to get off your tractor or atv. I went on to use it on my Gravel road and it did a great job. The offset right and left options allow you to pull Gravel in towards the edges to help with crowing your road. My overall rating is as follows: delivery 0 Assembly-3.5 Easy of hook up -5.0 Hitch pins- 2.0 raking sticks and pine needles- 2.0 . [ you have to remove them by hand,as the lift doesn't go high enough.] Overall rating 2.0 USING IT ON DIRT OR GRAVEL ROADS THIS WORKS GREAT. USING IT TO HELP CLEAN UP YOUR PATHS WITH STICKS AND PINE NEEDLED...NOT SO MUCH. * TO HELP WITH THE LIFT I AM GOING TO TRY AND LOWER THE ARM SO THAT ONLY 2 BOLTS SECURE IT INSTEAD OF THE 3. HOPEFULLY IT WILL HELP WITH THE LIFT. I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED.

Box destroyed. Numerous missing parts. Unusable. Was impressed with a previous item I ordered, but I am extremely disappointed with this rake.

I would have given this product a higher rating. When it arrived the packaging was in pieces. There were components missing. Two rake tongs and all the hardware to assemble it. Very disappointing. May not order from vevor again

Packaged arrived but was in very rough shape. I am surprised it all made it here. Wasn't the measurements it said it was . I have to modify it to make it work. A lot of extra time. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Poor adjusting capabilities. Had to get a 8 inch drop receiver to get the tines close to the ground using a ATV. It raked well then. The adjustment to raise the rake to clear the leaves and pine needles was nonexistent.(2 inch lift) We had to manually lift to clear. I don’t recommend it.
