The only thing you can really say about this welder is that it's great it does everything that a name brand welder would do, and it does that just as well. The only difference was it cost about a fifth of what a name brand welder would cost. It was a great buy and a great investment, I would definitely recommend you buy this other than a name brand because why would you pay five times more for something that does the exact same thing. If you just have to have the name then go ahead but if functionality is your only concern there's only one choice. Thank you vevor.

Great welder for the price, works very well. Only issue is that it don't take .023 wire, I had to buy a different drive roller on ebay for that. It is easy to find parts/consumables online.

Great for small tasks. The mig gun is not of very good quality. The wire that was sent was larger than the tip that came with the machine.

I haven't started using the welder ,I know I will love it, after looking at all the people's have used it and their honest opinion I will enjoy it

Great product at this price. I only did stick welding for now, 8mm thick steel plates welded to a 75x75 5mm wall post to make brackets for ridge beams and underperlins. Didn't overheat in the time it took few brackets to weld. Amps had to be cranked to near maximum, using 3.2mm electrodes so there wasn't much left, in case anyone would want to use thicker ones. On the negative, MMA welding cables are short, and this was pointed out in a few reviews. The other issue is the MIG wire thickness - it accepts 0.8mm, which is standard, but does not have an option for 1.2mm, only 1.0mm. 1.0 doesn't seem to be too common but I'm not a pro so I didn't visit any welding supply joints, just Bunnings and Sydney Tools. Neither had any in stock. I'm not sure if it would be possible to feed 1.2mm on 1.0 setting. I'll try. All in all, great purchase for anyone doing some serious DIY, I think. Again, not a pro.

Everything looks well made, haven't used it yet. I'm fairly new to welding, the manual doesn't cover any of the MIG voltage/wire speed settings per metal thickness. My (old) flux core inverter welder has a reference pertaining to voltage/wire speed setting by metal thickness. Not sure on this one, trial and error?

I have never welded anything in my life, and I wanted to get a machine that would help me with any type of project that I may want to do. This is that machine. You can weld 3 different ways, which is what basically sold me on it for the price as well. The unit does not come with instructions on how to use the welder. Youtube doesn't really have videos on how to use this specific welder (maybe one has been uploaded by now idk). It has been an uphill battle trying to learn how to use the machine and try to learn how to weld at the same time. I really do like the welder, I just wish they included an instruction manual.

It's a great entry level multi process welder. I had a big issue with putting my wire in the hold down. Super tight fitting. If your doing body work then this is it truthfully. 30 % duty cyle so keep that In mind. I'm very happy with it running .35 solid wire 75/25 argon/co2. Buy it don't over think it you'll like it.
